The Transition and Communication Consortium on Learning & Disabilitiesis a network of individuals exploring ways to facilitate the transition
of high school students with learning disabilities and other hidden disabilities such as AD/HD, psychiatric disabilities and autism spectrum disorders to the postsecondary educational and vocational experience.
